Registration - Enrollment
Step 1 - ECHO JA Enrollment: Please use the RETURNING Students button if your student has attended any of our programs before, even if they are going in a different program this year. Students new to ECHO Joint Agreement use the NEW Student button.
Step 2 - Fill Out Forms: You will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions for completing your forms in ECHO JA's PowerSchool Parent Portal. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox within 20 minutes.
NOTE: Our Parent Portal is not connected to the home district's Parent Portal and must be logged into separately. Please see these instructions for more help.

Physician Signed Forms and Parent Portal Enrollment Forms
The 3 forms that require a physician signature are located in the right menu.
Physicals are required for students entering kindergarten, 6th grade and 9th grade.
Medication and Treatment Authorization require a physician signed form.
PT - Physical Therapy, OT - Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy also require a form signed by your physician.
After you complete the first enrollment form, all other forms are located in your Parent Portal. You will get an email with instructions or click the Parent Portal Instructions located in the right menu. Your attention to filling out these forms will help create a smooth start in the fall. We look forward to educating your student another year!
